Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate termination of your treatment and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription treatments are issued only following a clinical assessment by our qualified pharmacist prescriber. Prescriptions are issued in accordance with current UK clinical guidelines and at the sole discretion of the prescribing pharmacist.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Prescriptions are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Ramsgate and cannot be transferred to third parties. You must inform us of all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies before and during treatment.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Prices displayed at the point of purchase are those that apply to your order.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery times are subject to the performance of our courier partners. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather or carrier disruption.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details may incur a redelivery charge.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety requirements.
Refunds for consultations or non-prescription products will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your order date.
